The book is divided into three different levels of difficulty: the first stage involves simple decorations, which can be used to garnish dishes and cocktails; Going forward, we will find greater difficulty, making compositions that allow us to serve our table with more harmony and liveliness; Finally, we will pass a real sculpture on watermelons and melons, to give more elegance to our buffet, surprising our customers.
